Ask Me Anything (Except About Hiring, Firing, or Poetry)
Since 1985, I’ve been neck-deep in the window covering, window tinting, and window cleaning industries. Not just dabbling — actually building, scaling, and selling real businesses.
- Built and sold a window cleaning business to 4,000+ customers (back when having a pager made you high-tech). The Brand Name was Two Twins From Texas. Got tons of free publicity.
- Built and sold a blind cleaning business with 4,500+ clients.
- Manufactured and sold over 1,000 mobile blind cleaning trailers as full business opportunities.
- Built two window covering businesses from scratch. Mini Blinds N' More and Shutter Nation
- Founded the Blind Brokers Network — helping 300+ people start their own window covering companies.
- Created a buying group that pulled in over $20 million a year.
Then the 2009 apocalypse hit. Instead of crying into my sample books, I pivoted into online marketing and launched ExSeed Marketing — a smarter, low-cost way for independent pros to crush it online with professional websites, real SEO, and Google Ads that actually work.
My specialty? Strategic marketing and branding — because "random acts of marketing" is not a business plan.
How Consulting Works (Spoiler: It’s Not Free Unless You’re Already a Client)
If you’re not an ExSeed Marketing client yet (bless your heart), consulting is $400/hour with a 4-hour minimum.
If you are a website/SEO/Google Ads client? Good news — consulting is FREE. Congratulations on making wise life choices.
You can ask me anything about:
- Strategic marketing
- Branding
- Lead generation
- Growing and scaling
- Not looking clueless online
Except for hiring, firing, and anything involving poetry. Those doors are firmly closed.
Why Book Consulting?
Because guessing is not a strategy. And hope is not a marketing plan.
Let’s build a real strategy, fix your brand, and actually grow your business — without you feeling like you’re duct-taping everything together.

Why Email Marketing Still Beats Social Media for Referral Building
Social media is great. Until the algorithm decides your content deserves the same visibility as a garage sale flyer taped behind a dumpster. Email is different. When you send an email through Mailchimp, you own the audience. That matters. Social platforms are rented land. Email is your property. If your goal is building […]
